Attractive selection of the native wood millet, Milium effusum, having distinctive mid green leaves with a narrow golden yellow central line. Golden yellow flowers in spring held high above the foliage. Best with some shade but can tolerate more open positions. Soil not too wet. Height; 50cm – 60cm.

Description

These ornamental grasses are Deciduous: Cut back stems close to ground level from late February through to the end of March. Cut stems can be left on border as natural mulch or composted.
