Children’s Event: Feed the Birds!
Discover more about our feathered friends and weave a willow bird feeder to take home. Your feeder will be filled with a suet and bird seed mix – be prepared to get your hands dirty! A simpler pinecone feeder can be made by younger children, children will need help from an adult to make their feeder.
Organised by the garden’s charity, the Knoll Gardens Foundation, our children’s events are suitable for children aged three years and upwards. Activities encourage a love of nature from a young age, inspiring children and their parents or carers to interact with the garden’s many wildlife inhabitants as well as its trees and flowers.
There is limited shelter in the garden, so please dress for the weather on the day. Planned activities may be subject to change or cancellation at short notice depending on the weather conditions.
All children must be accompanied by an adult (max of 2 adults per child ticket).
