The native mountain melick forms clumps of bright green foliage from which appear dainty one sided pinkish red and green flowers early to mid summer. Will gradually colonise if happy. Happiest in dry and shady positions. Soil not too wet. Height; 40cm – 60cm

Description
These ornamental grasses are Deciduous: Cut back stems close to ground level from late February through to the end of March. Cut stems can be left on border as natural mulch or composted.
