Ophiopogon bodinieri


This soft purple flowered form slowly creates mats of narrow evergreen foliage that is superbly tolerant of various levels of dry shade. Long lived and very durable. Flowers produced sporadically. Happiest in some shade. Soil not to wet. Height 15cm – 25cm.

These ornamental grasses are Evergreen: Comb or rake off any old, tired or dead leaves and flowers in spring. If needed evergreens can be cut back (by up to half) at almost any time from April to July. Do not cut back in autumn or winter. In most situations ophiopogon need very little after care once established.
