Wonderful gradually spreading weed proof clumps of large soft heart shaped leaves that are topped with architectural spikes of whorled yellow flowers in early summer. Tough and long lived with a good year round presence. Sunny open spot, may take a little light shade. Soil not too wet. Height 80cm – 1m.

Description

These flowering perennials are Evergreen: Comb or cut off any old, tired or dead leaves and old flower stems in spring. If needed evergreens can be cut back (by up to half) at almost any time from April to July. Do not cut back in autumn or winter.
